is a full service Pilates studio located centrally at the heart of Sri Hartamas neighbourhood, in Solaris Dutamas. The studio is founded by two Pilates enthusiasts in 2009.

Our experienced instructors can plan your program to your specific needs, be it general overall body toning, improve strengths or simply just getting ready for swimsuit season.
