b.Align Pilates is proud to be the host site and faculty member for The Centre For Women's Fitness (TCFWF).

TCFWF women’s fitness programs are designed for women from the ground up. We teach from the female anatomy and physiology, the feminine psyche and include all the subtle bodies – the emotional, mental and spiritual that have an impact on the physical.

We understand the different needs of the woman as she exercises through pregnancy, postnatal, menopause and the later years of her life and how these changes affect her women’s fitness needs and goals.

4th & 5th March 2023 Pelvic Floor Health and Diastasis Recti Recovery™ USD500 by Carolyne Anthony
The Center's Pelvic Floor Health and Diastasis Recti Recovery program provides cutting edge, evidence-based research into the whole body connection in the recovery of diastasis recti. This course will inform the end user of a progressive exercise program that focuses on optimal musculoskeletal and fascial performance to facilitate recovery and prevent reoccurrence.
